The Constitutional Coucil of Mozambique has declared that the article 184 of Mozambican Labor Law is unconstitutional. Therefore it is legally compulsory for employees to claim at Mediation Center before they can claim to labor courts.
What was found is that that article of the Labor Law violate the fundamental rights of citizen to appeal to courts when their rights are violated.
